About Us.

Helping Families & Individuals Succeed

Our Approach

At Annapolis Psychological Associates we employ cognitive-behavioral treatments (CBT) to help adults, children and adolescents alter unhelpful beliefs and uncomfortable emotions like anxiety, anger and depression and how to manage stress. Other issues we address include relationship issues, parenting / child behavioral problems, self-esteem, ADD and ADHD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and anger management.

We help you challenge and change unhelpful thinking and teach you how to create new patterns of behavior to get your objectives met. Our treatment process is short-term and goal-directed, teaching effective new behaviors and problem-solving skills.

At Annapolis Psychological Associates, we are here to help you identify your options and tailor a treatment program developed specifically for you.  Let us begin to help you today. Please contact us at 410-897-1088.
